- Communications Director at the Center for National Policy under Presidents Kirk O’Donnell & Madeleine K. Albright
Weiss serves on boards including:
- National Museum of Women in the Arts Board of Trustees
- American University Alumni Board of Directors
- Project Avary Advisory Board, a Northern California-based non-profit supporting children and youth whose parents are incarcerated
